What the property contributes
Accommodation for a two-person filming team, scheduled access to available rooms and facilities, and coordination with the property contact. Quieter dates are welcome. A hosted exchange is considered individually; production fees and agreed airfare, transportation, meals and activity costs are quoted separately.
Proposed delivery: within 30 days after filming, with one consolidated revision round. Final usage rights, including music rights and advertising use, are confirmed in the written agreement.

Can we collaborate during quieter dates?
Yes. Flexible dates can reduce the impact on paying reservations and provide better access for filming. We agree the schedule together.
Is airfare included in a hosted stay?
Airfare and other travel expenses are agreed separately. Introductory exceptions may be arranged individually; they are not part of the standard public offer.
Do we need a website?
No. We can create a collection for your existing social accounts, accommodation listings and guest inquiries. A website is another useful destination if you already have one.
Can you promise more bookings?
We commit to agreed promotional deliverables and practical guidance. We do not guarantee views, inquiries or bookings.
